To welcome people from all backgrounds in the workplace and the community.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was built on strong core values including being a role model in the moving and franchising industries and treating everyone with care and respect. We understand the importance of diversity and inclusion for both the workplace -- and when we work with customers. That’s why we have created our Emerging Markets Department. This department will work to educate our franchise system about the importance of accepting and embracing all people.
 
To gain further insight and guidance on understanding inclusion, we have joined several multicultural chambers of commerce from around the country. Additionally, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was a sponsor for the Diversity Best Practices and Business Women’s Network WOW! Facts event held in Washington, DC. This meeting discussed the growth of women and minorities in business around the globe.

We have also hired a multicultural marketing firm to help us with our inclusion efforts and we know our inclusion campaign is an evolving project.

We are committed to making it a success. And we will continue to welcome people from all backgrounds in the workplace and the community.
