(Lansing, Mich.) – The international headquarters of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. has recently promoted two employees.
Tera Sweet, 25, of Lansing, was promoted to franchise development and support specialist. Sweet will now work with franchises across the country as a strategic partner during their first year of business. Previously she was a field training specialist and trained new franchisees before they opened their locations.
Sweet has been with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system for nearly eight years and has worked at both the Lansing and Ann Arbor offices as a manager and customer service representative.
Ruth Ann Jones, of Leslie, was promoted to software support specialist. Her responsibilities include providing support and assistance to franchises with the company’s “Movers Who Care®” software.
Jones was previously the forms specialist.
