(Lansing, Mich.) –TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc., the largest franchise moving company in North America, has hired Pam Bolt as its new training and development manager.
Bolt will be responsible for coordinating the internal and external training and development programs for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system. She will lead the training department in assessing system-wide developmental needs to promote training initiatives, and identify and create training solutions.
Bolt, formerly of Winter Park, Fla., and Grand Rapids, Mich., comes to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from Guardsman, a business unit of the Valspar Corporation, where she was the training and development manager. Prior to that position, she worked as the training director at Williams Distributing/Williams Kitchen and Bath.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. includes more than 200 locations and nearly 1,400 trucks on the road. Each location is independently owned and operated and sells boxes and packing supplies. Locations complete both home and business moves as well as packing and unpacking services.
