(Lansing, Mich.) – TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. recently became ISO 9000:2008 certified.

The internationally recognized ISO 9000 designation means the company has proved there are consistent, quality business processes in place and applied throughout the organization. The company was previously certified in 2007 and underwent a recertification audit in January 2010.

A business must also prove they meet customer quality requirements and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction to become certified.

The certification is awarded by the International Organization for Standardization, a highly respected, international standard-setting body founded in 1947.
